Model compositions primary 2 English: Food poisoning
The sky was azure blue, and the clouds were like cotton candy. I was in the canteen. I was with my friend, Barney. I found a scrumptious cupcake in my bag. Barney warned me to check the expiration date. But his warning fell on deaf ears, as I was feeling as hungry as a wolf. I wolfed down the cupcake, but it tasted strange. I turned up my nose and stuck out my tongue. Little did I know that consuming the cake was a bad idea.
At first, everything was okay. I was in class. Then, I started to feel nauseous, and my stomach started to have a gnawing pain. My face turned sickly green. I clutched my tummy. My teacher arched her eyebrows. I asked for my teacher’s permission to go to the toilet, but she refused.
Then I vomitted in class. Everyone was shocked. Their jaws dropped, and their eyes popped open. I gave a sheepish smile, and my cheeks turned beet red.The doctor said I had food poisoning because I ate contaminated food. The doctor advised me to always check the expiration date. Health is wealth.
